CERRO GORDO CO., Iowa – A north Iowa man accused of assaulting a corrections officer has entered a not guilty plea. Court records show Frederick Olson, 43, submitted a written plea on March 9. He’s accused of causing minor injuries to a 38-year-old male officer on February 19. Other officers used a taser on him during the altercation. Read More. |
