UMATILLA, Ore. -- Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) say a 60-year-old inmate was found dead in his cell at Two Rivers Correctional Institution Sunday. DOC officials say Ronald Marcus, 60, was found in his infirmary cell at 10:10 a.m. Sunday and was unconscious. Marcus went into custody at Two Rivers on one count of first-degree manslaughter in February 2014. Marcus' earliest release date was March 2028. Read More. |
