TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- If you are looking for a job, the Shawnee Co. Dept. of Corrections is looking for you! Corrections Director Brian Cole informed commissioners Thursday that his department is averaging 30 vacancies. Cole said he needs the communities help to fill those vacancies. "We need applicants to come to the jail and be a part of this team, so if you're looking for a challenge and want to apart of a professional team then the Shawnee County Department of Corrections is that answer," Cole said.
