SPRINGFIELD, Ore. - A man caught with child porn in Springfield last year died Monday morning at a hospital after being transported there from prison for care. Springfield Police arrested Shawn McMillian, 44, in May 2015. He went to prison in August of that year on 5 counts of encouraging child sex abuse. His earliest release was scheduled for May 30, 2020.
