SEATTLE — Lakewood police said Thursday they believe an accused murderer who’s still at large after escaping from Western State Hospital bought a bus ticket from Seattle to Spokane Wednesday night. Anthony Garver bought a Greyhound ticket at a about 8:50 p.m. Wednesday using the name John Anderson, Lakewood police Lt. Chris Lawler said.
