NORTH BEND, Ore. (KOIN) — An inmate from the Shutter Creek Correctional Institution is back in custody after escaping Thursday evening. SCCI staff discovered Justin Alley was missing at approximately 7:20 p.m., Thursday, April 14. Alley is Caucasian, 34 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 170 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes and is probably wearing blue jeans with the word “inmate” and the Department of Corrections logo on the knee in orange, with a blue t-shirt and denim jacket with the DOC logo on the front and back.
