The two inmates who escaped from the Northeast Arkansas Community Correction Center at Osceola Monday are back in custody. Austin Magness, 22, and Willie Reynolds, 26, were reportedly still on foot when they were captured by Arkansas Department of Corrections (ADC) and Arkansas Community Correction (ACC) officers. They were reportedly found in a field less than a mile away from the correction center by tracking dogs from the East Arkansas Regional Unit.
