COLUMBIA, SC (WACH) - The South Carolina Department of Corrections have apprehended a man that is accused of trying to throw contraband into a correctional facility in Columbia Friday. South Carolina Department of Corrections and other agencies responded to a call about a person trying to contraband into a security facility. The suspect was taken into custody by Department of Corrections officers around 1:30pm, Friday and is currently being questioned. Read More. |
