| Inmate dies at Maine Correctional Center in Windham |

WINDHAM, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- The Department of Corrections announced Monday that a prisoner has died at the Maine Correctional Center in Windham. They say the death occurred Sunday at around 11:30 a.m. Officials say 36-year-old Wayne Patrick King had served about half of his 34 month sentence for eluding an officer and driving with a suspended license. King led police on a high speed chase in Durham back in September of 2014. Read More. |
