Cheyenne – The Wyoming Department of Corrections (WDOC) received notice that Bryan Patrick Collins, a Wyoming inmate who was incarcerated out of state, died Friday, April 29, 2016. Collins was sentenced out of Carbon County on March 19, 1999 to a life sentence for Felony Murder and Attempt to Escape. He was also given a consecutive 9-10 year sentence for Conspiracy to Escape. Collins was born on October 19, 1970 in Cheyenne, Wyoming WDOC is waiting to receive investigation results and a final autopsy report. Foul play is not initially suspected. |
