CARSON CITY (KOLO)-- A man sentenced to life in prison for sexual assault in Lyon County died Thursday at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center, the Nevada Department of Corrections reported. James E. Barrows, 73, was sent to prison Dec. 24, 1996. He died at about 12:38 p.m. at the Carson City prison's medical facilities. Read More. |
