BEACHWOOD, Ohio - A 51-year-old inmate was pronounced dead after being found unresponsive in her cell at the Beachwood City Jail Tuesday. Beachwood police said the woman was found unresponsive around 10:30 p.m. Beachwood paramedics were called and transferred the woman to University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center where she was pronounced dead.
