HODGEN — The Oklahoma Department of Corrections on Tuesday announced that a newly trained K-9 dog helped with the seizure of three duffel bags of contraband, which contained marijuana, tobacco, electronics and sports bras, from a minimum-security facility in LeFlore County. A news release states a bloodhound K-9 dog, which spent the past two weeks being trained at Pauls Valley in finding humans, helped search for Gregory Shreve and Lucas Hudgins-Delacruz after correctional officers discovered they were missing from Jim E. Hamilton Correctional Center early Monday. Officers found the men hiding under a trailer on facility property and took them back to their cells, according to the release. Read More. |
