| Judge allows inmate challenge to death penalty to proceed |

PHOENIX (KPHO/KTVK) - A court challenge to the way the state of Arizona carries out the death penalty will proceed, according to a court order filed late Wednesday. The plaintiffs in the case are death row inmates and the First Amendment Coalition of Arizona, which advocates for open government on behalf of the media.
