RACINE — Heroin has made an indelible change on Rachel Huberty, 26, of Waukesha but it was a decade-long change, starting with recreational use of marijuana when she was 12 and then developing an addiction to opiate pain killers in high school and college. She shunned those around her who switched to heroin, but eventually she turned to heroin herself as a cheaper way to sustain her opiate addiction: using, dealing, and eventually dancing in a strip club.
