MANCHESTER, Tenn. - TBI Special Agents have responded to an inmate death at the Coffee County Jail. Officials said 56-year-old David Bass was found unresponsive in his cell Thursday morning around 7:30 by a Coffee County Sheriff’s Department Correction Officer.
