| State police searching for runaway inmate |

DIXON -- Members of the Kentucky State Police Post 2, as well as Webster County officials, are searching for an inmate who escaped from an area jail this week. Scott A. Sullivan, 33, was being transferred to a different area within Webster County Jail, which is located in Dixon, when he ran from and evaded jail deputies, according to a KSP news release. KSP received a call regarding Sullivan's escape around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, the release said. Sullivan is described as a white male standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds.
