| 65-year-old inmate dies at High Desert State Prison |

The Nevada Department of Corrections reported that an inmate serving consecutive sentences died early Monday. About 7:40 am, inmate Ronald Lennon died at High Desert State Prison, about 30 miles north of Las Vegas. According to the Corrections Department, Lennon, 65, was committed from Clark County on June 26, 2006. He was serving two consecutive sentences of 20 years to life for murder, victim over 65 enhancement and robbery. Read More. |
