CARRABELLE, Fla. (WCTV) -- State officials are investigating a riot that occurred at a prison in Franklin County last week. According to a Florida Department of Corrections spokesperson, there was a "major disturbance" involving several inmates at the Franklin Correctional Institution last Thursday night.
