FAYETTE COUNTY, Ind. -- Fayette County deputies arrested the mother and brother of one of two inmates who escaped from the county jail over the weekend. Paula Potter is the mother of Chadwick Heath, who is now on the run with Michael Roberts. Potter admits she provided the men with clothing and food after the escape – but she's charged with assisting Roberts, not her son. Indiana law says someone cannot be charged with assisting a close relative in evading arrest. Read More. |
