SPRINGFIELD — Hampden County sheriff hopeful Jack Griffin will hold a forum Tuesday to discuss substance abuse and his plans to tackle the opioid crisis. The public is invited to attend the event, which will take place at Springfield's Serenity Club beginning at 2 p.m., according to the Springfield Democrat's campaign.
