LEE COUNTY (KATV) — The Arkansas Department of Corrections is conducting an internal review after a convicted murderer escaped from prison last week. Governor Asa Hutchinson and ADC Director Wendy Kelley agreed to the review this afternoon following inmate Lloyd Jones escape from the East Arkansas Regional Correctional Facility.
