CHARLESTON, Maine — A 20-year-old prisoner who fled from a Piscataquis County work detail Tuesday morning was caught later Tuesday afternoon in Brighton, according to authorities. Jonathan Edman, 20, of Waterville, who was being held at the Charleston Correctional Facility, was part of a work detail on Route 16 in Kingsbury Plantation, Department of Public Safety spokesman Stephen McCausland said.
