The second of two inmates who escaped from a firefighting camp Sunday afternoon was captured Monday night, the Nevada Department of Corrections said. James Westbrook, 23, was caught Monday night near Elko in Eastern Nevada, the department said. The other inmate, Nicco Donavan Way, 25, was caught Monday afternoon in Reno. Read More. |
