State prison officials are looking for an inmate who they said escaped Friday. Jacob Bouchard, 22, signed out from the halfway house for a visit at his mother’s house in Concord but never returned, state police said in a press release issued Monday. Bouchard is thought to be in the Concord area and may be riding a white motorcycle, police said. He was serving time for a felony-level burglary charge and theft by deception. Read More. |
