| Autopsy fails to reveal inmate’s cause of death |

DENVER — Officials say they have been unable to determine the cause of death of an inmate at the Jefferson County jail through an autopsy. The Denver Post reports 53-year-old Patrick O’Day was pronounced dead early Tuesday. The county coroner’s office performed an autopsy but couldn’t determine a cause of death.
