| Rescue dogs trained by Iowa prison inmates graduate |

CLARINDA, Iowa —After weeks of training, the four rescue dogs brought to an Iowa prison are graduating from their training program. The animals are now ready to be adopted by local veterans. "I'm real happy, proud of him," inmate Tommy Seehan said of Flash, a 9-month-old border-collie mix. The graduation ceremony was the culmination of six weeks of training.
