FISHKILL – A New York City woman has been charged with promoting prison contraband as a felony for allegedly bringing suboxone and synthetic marijuana into Downstate Correctional Facility in Fishkill when she went there to visit an inmate. Tatiana McLaughlin, 25, was also charged on July 6 with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance as a felony and promoting prison contraband as a misdemeanor.
