MANSFIELD — Authorities have charged a 34-year-old Belleville man with killing a 68-year-old man who was found shot to death in his car in January. Quinnizel J. Clark is charged with one count of murder and a firearm in connection with the death of James Dewyer, who was found in his car on Monica Court Jan. 3, the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office announced Monday.
