| Offender fails to return from approved release for treatment session |

An offender who was allowed to leave the Morris Community Corrections Center in Dover for treatment is now missing. The Delaware Department of Correction says James Hayes of Milford is now the subject of an escape warrant. Hayes is 61 years old, and was serving for a violation of probation related to an original charge of possession of a firearm during commission of a felony. Read More. |
