| Department of Corrections to hold first job fair |

The Nevada Department of Corrections will hold its first law enforcement and medical job fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 13 at its Stewart facility gym at 5500 Snyder Ave. in Carson City. Multiple agencies will be available to speak with potential candidates. Agencies include the Nevada Department of Corrections, the Carson City Sheriff’s Office, Department of Public Safety, Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Reno Police Department, Sparks Police Department, Washoe County Sheriff’s Office, Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, Yerington Police Department, Storey County Sheriff’s Office and Mineral County Sheriff’s Office.
