| Sex offender arrested for not registering with Baxter County |

(Mountain Home) – The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a registered sex offender after they say he failed to register with the sheriff’s office. 56-year-old Chris Gladney was arrested and booked into the county detention center July 28. Gladney was released from the Arkansas Department of Corrections on June 23, 2016 and advised ADC he would be residing at a residence in Baxter County. Police say Gladney, who was supposed to register with local law enforcement within 10 days after his prison release, gave ADC a false address of where he would be residing. Deputies were not able to locate or make contact with Gladney at that address, but later found he was living at 345 CR 628. A warrant was obtained for his arrest on July 18. Read More. |
