Bullock County Correctional Facility in Union Springs is currently on lockdown, Department of Corrections officials announced today. According to spokesman Bob Horton, the warden placed the prison on lockdown Monday after two inmates were stabbed in different altercations. The first happened Sunday, while the second occurred Monday. Both inmates were treated for injuries, with the Sunday victim treated off-site while the Monday victim was treated at the prison.
