According to a release from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, inmate Toddgrick Shepherd escaped from Felmers Chaney Correctional Center, a minimum-security facility in Milwaukee. Shepherd escaped Saturday and is being sought by the Milwaukee Police Department. Shepherd is described as a 28-year-old black man, 5'9" tall, weighing 175 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
