| Prison fight sends three officers to the hospital |

VIENNA - Chow time gone wrong is what the Illinois Department of Corrections said sent three Shawnee Correctional officers to the hospital Saturday. Jeremy Noelle is the representative for the government workers union AFSCME. He said it all started around 9:30 Friday night, when a fight broke out allegedly over an inmate taking too long on the phone. "They say after the inmates were leaving the chow hall, they could hear the chatter among them that this was planned," Noelle said.
