FLORIDA CITY, Fla. | A transgender Florida inmate who sought to change her name to a traditionally female one was found dead in a cell earlier this month. The Miami Herald (http://hrld.us/2bjs5Qw ) reports that Justin Lee Naber, who went by Stacy Lorraine Naber, was found dead Aug. 6 at the Dade Correctional Institution in Florida City.
