DOVER, Del. - Authorities in Dover say they are searching for an inmate, who did not return on an approved pass. The Morris Community Correctional Center, in Dover, says that 34-year-old Frederick Kirsch, has failed to return on an approved work pass. Kirsch is described by law enforcement as a male, standing 6'03", weighing 225 pounds, with brown hair, and blue eyes. His last known address is reported as being in Dover, Delaware. Officials say that Kirsch's location is unknown, and unauthorized at this time, so a warrant for escape and conviction has been issued.
