NORTH BEND, Ore. -- An Oregon Department of Corrections inmate is back in custody after walking away from a Shutter Creek Correctional Institution work crew in Coos Bay Tuesday, officials said. The crew was working in the area of the Educational Services District offices. Officials say SCCI staff discovered inmate Jose Ramon Toscano missing at approximately 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. Read More. |
