MANSFIELD - Joseph Schramm was sentenced to 48 days in jail at his sentencing Monday afternoon. Schramm, 35, was convicted Friday of misdemeanor vehicular homicide, basically an act of negligence, while he was found not guilty of OVI and aggravated vehicular homicide while under the influence. Jurors could not reach a verdict on a second aggravated vehicular homicide charge, which alleged Schramm acted recklessly. Read More. |
