Authorities in Wilmington say they are searching for an inmate, who absconded. The Plummer Community Corrections Center, in Wilmington, says that 35-year-old Allen James has absconded. James is described by law enforcement as a male, standing 6'00", weighing 170 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes. He also apparently has tattoos on both arms, his back, both forearms, his right hand, and on his abdomen. His last known address is reported as being in Wilmington, Delaware. Officials say that James' location is unknown, and unauthorized at this time, so a warrant for escape and conviction has been issued.
