OGDENSBURG — State police on Aug. 30 charged Dominico Fuhrtz, 23, an inmate at the Upstate Correctional Facility, Malone, with first-degree possession of dangerous prison contraband and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both felonies.
