Lyon County Judge-Executive Wade White was presented with an award last week by the Kentucky Department of Corrections, the DOC announced. White received the Lucille Hurt Robuck “Commitment to Corrections” Award during the DOC's annual luncheon in Lexington. The department says White got the award in recognition of his efforts to improve the salary of corrections officers though his Pay the Badge campaign. Read More. |
