An inmate at the Moberly Correctional Center reportedly died of natural causes on Sunday. James Brown, a 48-year-old man serving time for charges in Jefferson County, was pronounced dead at 4:45 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11, at MCC, according to a Missouri Department of Corrections news release.
