| Prison Director writes memo to inmates following employee assaults |

The director of Nebraska’s prison system wrote a memo this month to the more than 5,300 inmates as one way to address the problem of inmate assaults against staff. “The physical attacks against Nebraska Department of Correctional Services staff must stop now,” Scott Frakes began.
