| Another inmate from Davenport residential facility involved in gun incident |

DAVENPORT — For the second time this week, an inmate from the Iowa Department of Corrections 7th Judicial District residential facility has been arrested in connection to a gun incident. On Thursday, Davenport police responded to a shots fired call a little before 9:43 a.m. in the 1500 block of Brady Street. Officers pursued a vehicle leaving the area at a high rate of speed, made a stop, and arrested three individuals, including one who had walked away from the residential facility. Arrested were Fredlee Bateman, 17; Edwin Goodwin Jr., 18 and the 17-year-old driver of the vehicle who is not named by police. Read More. |
