| Witness in FSU Professor Murder Trial To Be Transferred to Tallahassee |

TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - A witness in one of the the trials involving the murder of an FSU law professor has been scheduled to arrive in Tallahassee at the end of October. Imran Hussain was in the custody of the Florida Department of Corrections prior to FSU professor Dan Markel's murder according to court documents. However now Hussain will be moved to the capitol city to serve as a witness for Luis Rivera, one of the men accused of killing of Markel. The court document said that Rivera's attorneys need Hussain as a witness for the case. Read More. |
