| Deputies investigate death of male inmate at Clark Co. jail |

SPRINGFIELD — Deputies are investigating after a male inmate was found dead in the Clark County Jail Thursday night. Clark County Jail Administrator Lt. Mike Young said the deceased man was discovered around 11:30 p.m. during the first check of cells by third-shift deputies. Young said at this time the cause and manor of the death is still under investigation, but there were no obvious signs of foul play. Read More. |
