TULSA---The older of two brothers accused of killing five family members is now in the custody of Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Robert Bever, 20, is currently undergoing a routine assessment in Lexington, Oklahoma. Earlier this month, Bever pleaded guilty to killing his parents and three siblings and was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
