| Inmate adds another 10 years to prison sentence for guard assault |

LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) -- An inmate found guilty of assaulting a prison guard during a deadly prison riot in Tecumseh will serve an additional 10 years behind bars. Roger Weikle was convicted for attacking a prison guard in 2015. Two inmates died at the hands of other inmates after an uprising. In court, Jurors saw surveillance video of the riot which included the brutal attack. Read More. |
