A state minimum-security inmate who left his work site in August is back behind bars. Michael Merrival, 36, left his community service job in Rapid City without permission on Aug. 23, Department of Corrections spokesman Michael Winder said. Merrival was found in Rapid City on Wednesday night and is being held in the Pennington County Jail. Read More. |
